Reviews and Ratings
The resort offers a beautiful setting with spacious rooms and excellent amenities like a heated pool and golf course. However, I experienced significant issues with service and room cleanliness during my stay, which made it less enjoyable. For the price, I expected a more polished experience, especially with the quality of food and breakfast service being below par.
My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. While the amenities were great, like the indoor pool and BBQ area, the issues with the check-in process and dining left a lot to be desired. I appreciated the helpful staff during our family wedding event, but overall, I expected more for the price we paid.
I had a wonderful family vacation at this resort set in a gorgeous bushland area with natural wetlands. Our self-contained apartment was spacious and overlooked the water, offering stunning views of wildlife. The facilities were impressive, including both indoor and outdoor pools. However, the restaurant's value wasn’t great, and we found the wait for food to be quite lengthy. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway but could use improvements in dining service.
I had a lovely night at Kooindah Waters, where the dinner was decent and a good price. However, I found the bed too firm for my liking, which affected my sleep quality. I attempted to take advantage of the $1 express breakfast, but the staff at reception seemed unaware of it, and I had to head to McDonald's instead since breakfast wasn't available until 6:30 am, which was too late for me. This quick trip turned into an unexpected challenge.
We had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel with beautiful surroundings and clean, well-appointed rooms. The customer service was exceptional, especially with our toddler, which made our experience much better. However, there were a few hiccups with cleanliness upon arrival, and the dining staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, which affected our dining experience. The hotel has great potential, especially for families seeking a quiet getaway surrounded by nature.
